After taking a couple of months off for holidays, year-end scrambling and perhaps even some fun diversions (travel?), it’s time to get back down to a regular meeting schedule. Here’s hoping all of our P7 neighbors are weathering the weather and ready to mix and mingle.
While there are plenty of P7 issues to talk about, starting with our upcoming February meeting we’re taking a new approach to the monthly gatherings. Rather than being agenda-driven, the front-end of our time will focus on socializing. No fixed menu of topics to discuss at the outset. Just mixing and mingling and munching, plus guest speaker Amy Cahillane, director of the city’s Community and Economic Development department. We’ll then switch gears to review community concerns, projects, etc.
Speaking of munching, BYOBBB (bring your own brown bag and beverage). And if you feel like bringing a little something extra to share with the group, nobody will complain.
This February marks P7’s one-year anniversary, so there will be cupcakes aplenty to mark the occasion. (As the date draws close, you’ll receive an email asking about your preference (GF? DF?)
See you soon!
